POC 2014-2020

Obiettivi del progetto:

1. Miglioramento qualitativo del prodotto che distingua l’impresa dai concorrenti e sia diversificato (coinvolgimento attivo del cliente, mantenimento di alti standard qualitativi del prodotto);
2. Aumento della produttività aziendale;
3. Promozione dell’impiego delle ICT nel processo distributivo di vendita del prodotto e nella promocommercializzazione aziendale;
4. Promozione dello sviluppo sostenibile;
5. 
   Le attività progettuali hanno previsto:

• Opere murarie per ristrutturazione del deposito esistente in località Munciarda;
• Impianti allarme, Rete e attrezzature informatiche nelle tre unità produttive;
• Attrezzature consistenti in: Elevatore a timone TOYOTA BT SWE 140 L; Cella frigorifera; Arredo e attrezzature market e zona bar; Dispositivi di sicurezza;
• Servizi di e-commerce relativi a e-commerce sito web ed Alta visibilità;

Risultati raggiunti:

Con il presente progetto, si è ampliata la capacità produttiva aziendale proponendo un più ampio ventaglio di soluzioni per soddisfare appieno le richieste dei clienti. Si potranno adesso offrire servizi supportati da tecnologie web emergenti e basati su un modello di business inclusivo ed eco sostenibile. Si è proceduto all’ottimizzazione del sito web introducendo l’e-commerce e seguendo i principi di “Alta Visibilità” delineati nella Legge 4/2004 in modo che i contenuti siano accessibili anche a persone con alcune inabilità. Abbracciando il web marketing (e-commerce) e il social marketing, l’impresa ha coltivato una presenza fissa online per promuovere la propria attività.

Il progetto, infine, ha consentito la riduzione dell’impatto ambientale tramite l’introduzione di misure per il risparmio energetico come l’acquisto di una cella frigorifera con motori inverter, l’utilizzo di apparecchi illuminanti ad alta efficienza e basso consumo, computers e stampanti, attrezzature da laboratorio per la produzione ghiaccio e refrigerazione dai quali si ottengono risparmio energetico e migliori prestazioni.

L’investimento ha quindi ha favorito processi d’innovazione nel settore ortofrutticolo, sostenendo la tutela dell’ambiente e la valorizzazione del territorio, nonché benefici economici e di incremento della competitività rispetto ai concorrenti.

With the contribution of the SICILIAN REGION COMPLEMENTARY OPERATIONAL PROGRAM POC 2014-2020, thanks to a project funded under ACTION 1.3.1 – EX 3.1.1_03 of the PO FESR 2014-2020 (Aid subject to publication in the RNA), the company F.LLI LAISE S.R.L. (formerly F.LLI LAISE DI LAISE ROBERTO S.N.C.) has expanded, integrated, and enhanced its operations in terms of production through a restructuring of the warehouse, the purchase of plants and equipment, the provision of e-commerce services and consulting carried out in the local units located in Lipari (ME) – Località Munciarda or Balistrieri (warehouse), Lipari (ME) – Via Francesco Crispi no. 25 (minimarket) and Lipari (ME) – Via V. Emanuele no. 118 (fruit market).

Project objectives:

1. Qualitative improvement of the product that distinguishes the company from its competitors and is
   diversified (active customer involvement, maintaining high quality standards of the product);
2. Increase in business productivity;
3. Promotion of the use of ICT in the product sales distribution process and in the business promotion;
4. Promotion of sustainable development;
   
   The project activities included:

• Masonry work for the renovation of the existing warehouse in Munciarda;
• Alarm systems, network, and IT equipment in the three production units;
• Equipment consisting of: TOYOTA BT SWE 140 L tow truck; Cold storage cell; Furnishings and
  market and bar area equipment; Safety devices;
• E-commerce services related to e-commerce website and high visibility;

Results achieved:

With the present project, the company’s production capacity has been expanded by offering a wider range of solutions to fully meet customer demands. It will now be possible to offer services supported by emerging web technologies and based on an inclusive and eco-sustainable business model sustainable. The website has been optimized by introducing e-commerce and following the principles of “High Visibility” outlined in Law 4/2004 so that the content is accessible also to people with certain disabilities. Embracing web marketing (e-commerce) and social marketing, the company has cultivated a steady online presence to promote its business.

The project, finally, has allowed for the reduction of environmental impact through the introduction of energy-saving measures such as the purchase of a refrigerated cell with inverter motors, the use of high-efficiency and low-consumption lighting appliances, computers, and printers, laboratory equipment for ice production and refrigeration from which savings are obtained energy savings and better performance. The investment has therefore favored innovation processes in the fruit and vegetable sector, supporting the protection of the environment and the enhancement of the territory, as well as economic benefits and increased competitiveness of competitiveness compared to competitors.
